How to increase or boost MIND CONCENTRATION POWER

Most of us want to increase their mind concentration power  but we all know mind is very delighted part of our body, we cannot put much stress on it. So, i provide you the most simple way to boost mind concentration power.

There are four things that stop concentrating power of people are
1. DISTRACTION
2. PROCRASTINATION
3. MULTITASKING
4. NEGATIVE THINKING

1.WHAT IS DISTRACTION ? .....distraction are of two types one is internal(daydreaming and many things rotating in your mind) and another is external(it includes cell phone,noise from your surroundings and people).
A test is performed on monkeys shows that continuously focusing on one thing and distracted by somebody else both occupy different of brain.So, it is difficult for the brain to run the tasks which have different parts in brain.
HOW TO REMOVE DISTRACTION....you know the word "STOP!!" is very useful to us. The "STOP!!" method helps you a lot in boosting up your concentration.Whenever some stray thoughts are going in your brain which disturbing your concentration say "STOP!" to bring your attention back quickly.

2. WHAT IS PROCRASTINATION.....If you do your work at last moment then you are facing procrastination. For example :- you have to prepare a report in within one week but you left this work for last day this is called procrastination. Experts found reasons for procrastination that are boring task,poor time management and fear of failing.
HOW TO REMOVE PROCRASTINATION....when you wake up in morning prepare a plan for the day.Note all the things which to have to do in a day also include minor works i.e. making phone calls. paying bills,facebooking time e.t.c. And also set priority for tasks.

3.WHAT IS MULTITASKING ?.......i think we all know what is multitasking (doing two or more tasks simultaneously) . you think that you are good in doing multitasking but study shows that high elevated chances of occuring errors in multitasking.It can also harm your brain concentrating power.
So avoid multitasking for better and error free results.

4.NEGATIVE THINKING....human brains are programmed for negative thinking. Negative thinking is to identify the threats not for stopping things you want to be done.Unhelpful thoughts include the belief that any mistake will make disaster,that something bad that is happened before is bound to happen again or make a task confusing and provide success or failure without your identity.
HOW TO REMOVE NEGATIVE THINKING....there is need to identify your negative thoughts and put them aside away from your thinking.
